The principle owner of the project had an ad out on craigslist in may of 08 looking for investors in another project in Hawaii that he was trying to save from foreclosure. I fell for this and forked 5 grand upon receiving a signed contract from Bruce White (principle of sky.) He later denied that we ever had a contract at all and simply kept my money, stating that I should sue him if I want it back (knowing full well that it would cost me more than what he took to see justice served.)
